Alexander discusses "myth" of exploding numbers and says lawsuits have stayed constant percentage since 1790. Asserts insurance companies are the ones raising prices because of losses in stock market, says insurance reform needed. States US cases set model for rest of world in combating clerical pedophile abuses, auto safety; we give ordinary people rights.
